Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting original artwork. Each oil painting is an original, handmade piece, and all sales are handled with care and respect for both the buyer and the artist.

1. All Sales of Original Artwork

Unless otherwise stated, all paintings are original works of art. Due to the unique and personal nature of original artwork, all sales are final, except in the limited circumstances described below.

2. Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your painting arrives damaged or defective due to shipping:
    •    You must notify us within [48–72 hours] of delivery
    •    Please include clear photos of:
    ◦    The damaged artwork
    ◦    The packaging (box, padding, etc.)
    •    Once the claim is reviewed and approved, you may be eligible for:
    ◦    A full refund, or
    ◦    A replacement (if available)
Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may void eligibility for a refund or replacement.

3. Returns for Other Reasons

Returns are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Personal taste or preference
    •    Size, color, or style expectations not matching personal interpretation
    •    Minor variations inherent to handmade artwork
Please review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

4. Shipping Responsibility

    •    The artist is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, but will assist in filing insurance claims when applicable.
    •    If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
    •    Returned artwork must be:
    ◦    Properly packaged
    ◦    In original condition
    ◦    Shipped with tracking and insurance

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7–14 business days] after the returned artwork is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.

6. Custom or Commissioned Work

Custom or commissioned paintings are non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
